DRAFT — NOT LEGAL ADVICE. This describes what the site as built actually does, which is the honest starting point for a real policy. Have counsel review it before launch, and update it the moment you add analytics, a form handler, embeds, or a mailing list.

What this site collects directly

This is a static site. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising trackers, and requires no account.

Third parties that see your request

• Hosting. GitHub Pages serves these files and may log IP addresses and user agents as part of normal operation.
• Google Fonts. Typefaces load from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address. To remove this, self-host the font files and drop the font link in BaseLayout.astro.
• Linked platforms. Feed items link out to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Substack. Once you follow a link, that platform's own policy applies.

The contact form

If you submit the contact form, the name, email, and message you enter are sent to a third-party form service and forwarded by email. They are used to reply to you and are not sold or shared for advertising.

Analytics

No analytics are installed at present. If that changes, this section will name the provider and say whether it uses cookies.
